This is a choicest blessing of the Almighty to have me in this College, where  Sri Sri Thakur Laxmi Janardan is the owner of its land and showering his  blessings to all of us  who so ever come to serve . The Mandir become this temple of learning in 1968 by some benevolent social well wisher of North 24 Parganas . It was established  as a teacher education  institution with the affiliation to  the University Calcutta to provide effective professional training to the In-service and Pre-service teacher trainees. It has its long history as  most of the well established teachers and persons in other professions  are the product of this institution  and the list is long  that they are serving the society in one way or other.

Keeping in view of the objective of the  College we the staff of the College  focus on developing & maintaining positive relations among the teachers ,students , community and schools. We focus on getting to each student trainee as a individual  human resource. We try to support for  flourishing of their  potential skills help them  establish in society as  a good human being. We carefully tried to in still in them the quality of initiative, resilience, perseverance, problem solving , cooperative and positive attitude to owe their responsibility for greater benefit of the society.
